Moment Theatre Collective is a non-profit organization incorporated in Quebec, Canada. We can be reached at info@momenttheatre.ca.

This policy governs how we collect, use, and protect personal information in accordance with Quebec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Law 25).

What we collect and why

• Submission forms — When you apply as a playwright, director, or performer through our Airtable forms, we collect your name, contact information, and any creative materials you submit. This information is used solely to evaluate and communicate about your submission.
• Email correspondence — When you contact us by email, we retain your name and email address to respond to your inquiry.
• Analytics — We use Google Analytics and Matomo to understand how visitors use our website. These tools may collect anonymized data such as pages visited, browser type, and general location. No personally identifying information is linked to this data.

How we use your information

We use personal information only for the purpose for which it was collected — to evaluate artistic submissions, respond to inquiries, or improve our website. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for commercial purposes.

Submission data is shared only with members of our selection committee on a need-to-know basis.

How long we keep it

We retain personal information for a maximum of two (2) years from the date of collection, unless a longer retention period is required by law or you have consented to a longer period. After this time, information is securely deleted or anonymized.

Your rights

Under Quebec law, you have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information
• Request deletion of your personal information
• Withdraw consent for the collection or use of your information
